• Application of Deposit:

  • The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the agreed-upon date.

• Failure to Complete the Purchase:

  • If the remaining balance is not paid by the specified deadline, or if you decide not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be forfeited, and the puppy may be re-listed for sale.

• Refund Exceptions:

  • In the rare event that the puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health issues or breeder decisions), the deposit will either be refunded or transferred to another puppy of your choice, depending on your preference.

We offer two types of AKC registration for our puppies. Please review the details carefully:

• Limited AKC Registration (Pet-Only):

  • Puppies sold with Limited AKC Registration are intended for pet homes only.
  • This type of registration allows the puppy to be registered with the AKC but prohibits the registration of any future offspring.
  • Puppies with Limited AKC Registration are offered at a reduced price to ensure they go to loving, non-breeding homes.

• Full AKC Registration (With Breeding Rights):

  • Puppies sold with Full AKC Registration include breeding rights.
  • Owners can register any future offspring with the AKC, provided all AKC guidelines are followed.
  • Puppies with Full AKC Registration are priced higher due to the inclusion of breeding rights.

When purchasing a puppy, please indicate whether you prefer Limited or Full AKC Registration at the time of reservation.

• Pick-Up Date:

  • The "Available to Go Home" date posted on the website is the earliest date your puppy can leave for their new home.
  • All pick-ups must be scheduled within 7 days prior to this date to ensure a smooth transition for the puppy.

• Remaining Balance Due:

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date.
  • If remaining balance is being paid in cash, the balance is due at pick-up.
  • Payments can be made via Zelle, Cash App, Cash, or Credit Card.

• Pick-Up Window:

  • Puppies must be picked up within 3 days of the "Available to Go Home" date unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
  • Failure to pick up within this timeframe without prior communication may result in forfeiture of the reservation and deposit.

• Scheduling:

  • Pick-up appointments must be arranged and confirmed in advance. Please contact us to select a convenient time.

We are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our puppies. The following outlines our health guarantee:

• Vaccinations and Veterinary Care:

  • Puppies will receive all required vaccinations up to 8 weeks of age.
  • Each puppy will have a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian before pick-up.
  • At the time of pick-up, buyers will receive a copy of the puppy’s vaccination records, along with a schedule of future vaccinations recommended for the remainder of the year.

• Buyer’s Responsibility:

  • Buyers are required to have the puppy examined by their own veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up.

• Health Guarantee:

  • We guarantee that the puppy is free from serious infectious diseases at the time of purchase.
  • If a veterinarian discovers a severe health issue within 72 hours of pick-up, buyers may return the puppy for a replacement or a full refund. A written statement from the examining veterinarian is required.
  • No additional health guarantees or warranties are provided beyond this 72-hour period.

• Transportation Policy:

  • We do not ship or provide transportation for puppies. Buyers must arrange to physically pick up their puppy from our location.
