This installation service is designed for real estate agents and brokers who already have an active IDX subscription, MLS approval, and the required access to their IDX provider.
IDX installation is available for compatible WordPress websites and supported custom-coded websites hosted on SiteGround.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Before installation begins, the client must have:
An active IDX subscription
Required MLS and brokerage approvals
Provider-issued installation credentials or access
An existing compatible website
Appropriate website administrator access or permissions
IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS
The $250 fee covers standard IDX installation only.
IDX subscriptions, MLS fees, brokerage approvals, advanced design customization, custom property-search development, lead-routing integrations, and CRM connections are not included.
Additional features or complex integrations require a separate quote.
IDX INSTALLATION: $250 ONE-TIME FEE
IDX provider subscriptions and third-party fees are paid separately by the client.
Installation is subject to verification of website compatibility and active IDX access.
